What is CONNECTIONS?
CONNECTIONS is the Netsmart annual user group meeting that brings together our clients, subject matter experts and vendor partners together for an event full of learning, networking and more! Read below for more details on this can’t-miss event! CONNECTIONS is three and a half days, from Tuesday evening to Friday afternoon. CONNECTIONS features a Solutionarium experience, which is an interactive showcase that gives attendees an opportunity to play with our solutions, talk with Netsmart subject matter experts and get an advanced look at what new solutions and features we’re rolling out.

The entire meeting will take place at the Gaylord Texan. Information on room rates and hotel reservations can be found on the Accommodations page of this website.
The attire for all CONNECTIONS events is business casual, including the Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening. The Thursday evening event is much more casual. Details on the Thursday evening event will be released this spring so you can plan your attire accordingly for that evening.

Coffee and tea will be provided on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings. Feel free to visit the Mission Plaza Marketplace or the Cocoa Bean for a wide range of breakfast options.
Lunch on Wednesday and Thursday will be hot lunch offerings. On Friday, we will offer a boxed lunch.

Payments:
Full payment must be received in advance of CONNECTIONS. Registrants will not be granted access to CONNECTIONS or any Netsmart Event until full payment has been received. Registrants who have not paid in full prior to CONNECTIONS will still be subject to the cancellation policy in the event of cancellation and required to remit payment to Netsmart.
Cancellation Policy and Refunds:
A 100% refund will be processed for all cancellations received by 7/26/2024, a 50% refund will be processed for all cancellations received by 8/23/2024, and a 25% refund will be processed for all cancellations received by 9/3/2024. All registrant no-shows and cancellations received after 9/3/2024 will not be refunded. Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the event start date, please contact events@ntst.com to make a substitution. Cancellations must be received in writing or through the link provided in your confirmation email.
Yes! The #CONN24 mobile app will be available 2-3 weeks prior to the start of the event. Registered attendees will receive an email to sign-up for the app.

We recommend you bring a refillable water bottle; drinking stations will be provided throughout conference space to fill your water bottle. We will not have bottled water available.
Coffee and tea will be available in the mornings and during dedicated breaks in the Solutionarium. If you’d like a cup of coffee or other drinks at any other time of the day, you can visit the Mission Plaza Marketplace or the Cocoa Bean inside the Gaylord Texan.
