Wendy oversees the human resources organization and associate experience. She is responsible for aligning the company’s workforce to meet business objectives and for growing and developing internal talent.
With more than 20 years of experience leading HR and talent management functions, Wendy brings expertise in talent recruitment and development initiatives that foster high-level performance across the entire organization.
Prior to joining Netsmart, Wendy served as vice president of HR for Cerner, where she focused on executing and supporting the company’s people strategy and business plan. Wendy was responsible for managing Cerner’s HR support for client-facing U.S. associates, later managing at a global level.
Wendy holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Kansas. She is actively engaged in community initiatives, currently serving as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Operation Breakthrough. In addition, she is a member of the Advisory Boards for the Dean of the University of Kansas School of Business and Digital Health KC.
