The 2nd Annual IDD Leadership Summit provided an invaluable opportunity for professionals working in support of the intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) industry to connect, share insights, inspire and explore innovative approaches to care.  
 
A highlight of the event was the expert panel discussion, where thought leaders shared their perspectives on empowering the IDD workforce, leveraging technology and advocating for meaningful change. These conversations sparked actionable ideas and reaffirmed the importance of collaboration in driving progress.
