When you look at the CareFabric, when you look at all the different components, all of them have, I think, two themes: interoperability-integration, and flexibility.
Netsmart sees its clients as true partners in their product development and where they should be going with their products. So they're always willing to listen and and see what else they can do to serve and help clients. DeKalb CSP is very fortunate. We've always been focused on technology and how to use technology in delivering good client care.
Looking at the tools that we had with myAvatar, with the Netsmart suite of products, we try to take all that to the extreme in terms of how do we meet all these requirements, how do we meet these regulations. And that's helped our clinicians really focus on delivering clinical care and not having to worry so much about all of the administrative regulatory requirements because myAvatar is taking care of that in the background, through all of our programming and configurations.
Interoperability and Flexibility Meets Collaboration
We needed something that was flexible. We needed products that could integrate with each other. The Netsmart suite of products gives us that flexibility, gives us that integration and interoperability.
A Solution for Georgia
The Georgia ASO solution was kind of a solution to our problem that we were seeing with some of our partner agencies.
Also, I think it really enhances, in the future, how we work together in Georgia.
By being in the Georgia Solution, all of us are on one platform that is very similar. So, development in one CSV for a report can be easily shared with another organization.
It really helps enhance partnership within the state. The evolution of the ASO solution is is a a constant drive to see where else can we take it, what else can we integrate into it.
To continue to shave off all of that administrative work for clinician. How do we make it easier for clinicians to use? How do we make it where they're focused on client care? That's really what we're excited about. We're excited for about that next step now that we've got, a few providers on the system. Now let's push this to a point where we really can demonstrate meaningful, clinical care to our populations.
