Hinds Hospice initially partnered with the Netsmart Application Management Services (AMS) team to support their myUnity® care record/EHR implementation during a critical transition period. What started as short-term assistance evolved into a long-term relationship.

The Netsmart AMS team offers technical care record/EHR expertise and a personalized relationship that gives Hinds Hospice peace of mind when tackling new goals. Much of this peace of mind comes from the fact that the Netsmart AMS team understands Hinds Hospice’s specific needs and challenges. The ongoing collaboration provides Hinds Hospice with on-the-spot access to a broad knowledge pool, allowing them to effectively solve problems.
